Permission is hereby granted free of charge to any person or organization obtaining a copy of the Meqi II software Version 2.41, the Meqi II_Programming_Template and accompanying documentation (the “Software) to reproduce, distribute and use the Software in whole or in part, to create derivative works there from, and to grant third parties thereby furnished with Software these same rights under the following understanding:

THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER DISCLAIMS ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER ADDITIONALLY DISCLAIMS ALL OBLIGATIONS AND LIABILITIES FOR DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, SPECIAL, INDIRECT AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, ATTORNEY FEES AND COURT COSTS ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE LICENSED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.
